Return & Exchange Policy – Miss Designs

1. Return Policy

Customers are entitled to return products within (7 business days) from the date of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition
Unused and undamaged
With original packaging and all accessories
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided

❗ Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been used
Products damaged due to misuse
Requests submitted after the return period has expired

2. Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange products within (14 business days) from the date of delivery, provided that:

The product is in its original condition
Unused
With original packaging

3. Return & Exchange Request Process

All return and exchange requests must be submitted exclusively by contacting Miss Designs Customer Service via WhatsApp at the following number:

🔹 This number is the only official and approved channel for return and exchange requests.

🔹 Requests submitted through other communication channels will not be considered.

When contacting us, please provide:

Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Product photos (if required)

Requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 3 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the customer in cases of return or exchange due to change of mind.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or order error, Miss Designs will cover all shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Products with missing or damaged original packaging

6. Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce. All rights are reserved.
